November 2023 Training Update

GENERAL:

NEW FOR 2023

When attending CSAT classes in the future, please have:

· Electronic Ears

· Tourniquet

· Thumb drive

The reasoning behind the Electronic Ears is simple. We want you to hear range commands on the line and during scenarios. Input can be made without shouting.

As for Tourniquets, I watch many a person who have one on their gear, not use it as they don’t want to remove it from the pouch or the plastic. If your tourniquet, is so fragile that it cannot be used for training, you need to buy a different one. You should have training tourniquets as well. If you need one, the Pro Shop will happily sell you one.

Finally, bring a thumb drive as it has never been easier and cheaper to collect class information and handouts than at this time in history.

THE CSAT WAY ON FACEBOOK AND PATREON

We continue working on new video content for the Patreon Operator and Patreon Instructor. As of 1 Jan 2022, we had 170 videos on the site.

You can visit “The CSAT Way” on Facebook for video updates.

THE UNITED STATES

A couple of firsts in history:

· First ex-President to have a mug shot

· First Speaker of the House to be removed

· WWIII may have started

These are challenging times, to say the least.

This coupled with a mass migration of undocumented and unaccounted-for men of fighting age, moving across the border. If only 10% are bad, that is a great deal of problems we and our children will have to deal with.

Democrats want to destroy our country no matter what happens to them. Their hate and illogic is unprecedented.

Instead of work and life ethic, they want government handouts and control because they are unable to understand the concept of a free man or woman with the power of self-destiny.

Israel

I was told one time by an older operator that Israel is a 5th rate army kicking ass on a 12th rate army.

This likely holds true today.

They either let this happen, have gone soft, and are overrated regarding capabilities. Relying on reserves does not work.

They don't have a 2nd Amendment and are now issuing weapons to citizens. Trying to spin up and train an Army once attacked is like what we saw in WWII.

Depending on reserves is like the average American relying on a gun they shot 10 years ago to save them in a high-stress situation they have not planned for. Many times, it does not end well.

Evidently, they did not have security at the music festival. One armed good guy with an AR could have slayed a lot of bad guys. Airborne ops are overrated as well. They work on the unprepared and at night. You are a meat sack target in the daytime that cannot fight until you hit the ground and dump your parachute or paraglider.

The same applies if they are fighting on the ground. History has countless stories of one or two men turning a battle. Many more stories are lost to the history of those who turned the battle, but no one was left alive to tell their story.

As for the hostages, some or most are likely dead. Trying to spin up a functioning intel net on demand in another country is almost impossible for our rescue forces, unless the host nation shares intel. If ground troops go in, they tend to level buildings and hostages as well.

In terms of letting people die for a political agenda, look at what our politicians did during COVID to gain political control and power along with big pharma. The military-industrial complex is no better than big pharma as they generally do not have a moral compass of any type. Pad my pocket before protecting Americans should be their mantra.

This is just my 02 cents and we may have plenty of potential problems in our country with the influx of millions of undocumented people.

TEXA FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR (2222) AND PATROL RIFLE INSTRUCTOR

We just finished our combined course and it went well. Long days and great instructor students. All passed the State and CSAT standards.

The instructors did well and passed the knowledge on to the two-day class students, both civilian and law enforcement.

If your agency wants to send officers to the course in the future, we can build a class around your base.

The next scheduled course is 5-10 March of 2024.

Certificates you can receive:

· CSAT Master Instructor Certificate 72 hours

· Texas Firearms Instructor 2222 42 Hours
